Angels Over Sandpoint grant two scholarships per year:

  • Community Service Scholarship – Given to a high school senior for outstanding community service.
  • Arts Scholarship – Open to all high school students in all artistic media.

First place winners receive $1,000 and second place receives $500.

Angels Over Sandpoint also provide two $500 scholarships to Sandpoint Parks and Recreation to help low income children participate in summer activities, awarded in the spring and fall.

The Community Service Scholarship is presented during School Scholarship Awards Night.

Arts Scholarship

Angels Over Sandpoint joined with the Festival at Sandpoint over 8 years ago to create the Arts Scholarship. This scholarship is open to any high school student in Bonner County, including home schooled students. Each year, the focus changes to cover all aspects of the arts, including:

  • Visual Art
  • Vocal
  • Theater/Dance
  • Writing

The Arts Scholarship is awarded each year at the Festival of Sandpoint’s Family Concert. The winner also participates in the concert either by performing or creating the program. The $1,000 scholarship can be used for private classes, materials, tuition, and other education related expenses.
